Ana Lucia Coutinho is an Affiliate Partner of The FutureWork Institute, and an executive and professional coach. Her specialties include organizational development, leadership training, talent management, mentorship, performance management and diversity and inclusion.

Ana worked in financial institutions such as BankBoston, Itaú-Unibanco and RSA Insurance. She managed a variety of Human Resources projects, facilitated career workshops and coached professionals in Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina and Colombia.

Ana attended and implemented international development projects, and managed cross-cultural teams in London and Latin America. She is a psychologist, a psychodramatist and a coach (ACC/ICF) certified by Ecosocial Institute. She is also certified in Polarity Thinking and the PACT Process by Polarity Partnerships, California, United States.

She is certified in the MBTI instrument, and in the Cultural Transformation Tools of Barrett Values Center. Ana is associated with SIETAR Brazil – Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research, a Global Network.

She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, her native language.
