Loretta VanPelt is an Associate Consultant of The FutureWork Institute with 20 years of experience working as a practitioner and subject matter expert in diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias and cultural competence with a broad range of industries in the Fortune 500, 100 and many of the Top 50 companies recognized by Diversity, Inc.
She works with clients to develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to help maximize on-the-job capability while achieving organizational, group and personal goals. Loretta has worked with executives, leaders and
employees from the C-Suite to the shop floor, within organizations both national and international.
Loretta specializes in organizational development, leadership development,
program evaluation and design, project management, education and training. Her consulting expertise includes strategic diversity planning, developing
diversity councils and employee resource groups, organizational cultural audits, and audit recommendation planning. She does keynote presentations and
leads company retreat workshops.
She has worked with client groups in many sectors including: technology,
hospitality, automotive/manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer products, health care, financial services, construction services and government agencies.
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and, earned a Master of Science Degree from Central Michigan University. She is a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
